How to Apply For FI concession At Unisa“concession” means in the context of a university school and its purpose.  A concession is a change or alteration made for a student with a disability or other special needs so that they are not unfairly disadvantaged in their studies.

“FI concession” is a type of academic help that can be given to final-year students who can’t take a formal test because of something out of their control, like being sick or having a family emergency.

How to Apply For FI concession At Unisa

The UNISA exams department must have identified someone before they can proceed to enter the FI concession at the University of South Africa. The exams department gives out a list of students who are eligible for the F1 concession.

Upon provision of the list and the identification of one’s name therein, it becomes compulsory to register the module in question on the myUNISA platform. In this regard, UNISA has made it clear that there is no application for student or individuals wishing to apply for FI. One key aspect to understand is that the F1 concession has more to do with final students at UNISA in their first or second semester of the particular qualification programs.
